Our Team
Alice has over eight years of experience as a support worker in the disability sector, where she’s had the privilege of working with people of all abilities and backgrounds.
“I love the variety in my work and the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. Hearing about their goals and dreams for the future is one of the best parts of my job.”
Outside of work, Alice enjoys cooking (she’s a big fan of great food), spending time at local parks or the beach, and making memories with her family and friends. She finds it incredibly rewarding to know that, in her work, she can play a small part in helping others live the life they choose.

Since then, Mimi has worked across several roles in client services and coordination, supporting individuals with physical, neurological, and psychosocial disabilities.
Outside of work, Mimi enjoys spending quality time with her young family and creating lasting memories.
